Conditioning for Export
We offer our clients the service of conditioning pecan nuts for export at our plant located in Aldea San Antonio, Entre Ríos.
We condition the walnuts of the producers through a process that includes the following stages:
- Initial quality control of the fruit received.
- Cleaning.
- Drying.
- Elimination of Vain Nuts.
- Inspection and manual selection to discard unsuitable nuts due to external defects.
- Classification by size.
Bagged. - Final quality control.
Our implemented processes and management systems ensure the generation and conservation of the traceability of the fruit from its productive stage to the final bagging for export.
Containers destined for export are consolidated at the plant in order to avoid opening them at the port of dispatch.
